10 Day Weight Loss Plan

This wonderful program was originally marketed to brides to be to help them lose those few pounds before the big day, but it’s great for ALL women and I’m so glad I’ve had the chance to try it for the last 10 days.  One of the really great things is that this program was developed by a chiropractor, Dr. Glickert who had seen diet and workout plans fail many women and he realized that the types of plans on the market just weren’t going to work for them.  Dr. Glickert admits that no plan is going to work for every woman he understands that there is no cookie cutter woman but he does say that this plan will work for the majority when followed properly and I really believe that is true.

His answer is as simple as changing the way you eat and letting the fat you already have stored burn itself off.  Makes sense right?  It really does work!  In the 10 days that I’ve been using the plan I’ve lost a clothing size and can fit into a pair of pants I haven’t been able to for a while.  I plan to continue on with this simple diet as once you get started it’s really easy to follow and you start to actually even feel better!  Another great thing about this program is that the creator actually tried and succeeded in the research phase, he didn’t just throw it out on the market with lots of empty promises.

The first couple of days that I was on the plan I had some headache issues, so I contacted Dr. Glickert and he advised me to drink some coffee or tea that the caffeine would help offset the changes in my body to my new eating habit, and he was right.  It has been smooth sailing since and I really have seen and felt great results!  And it’s great to know that Dr. Glickert is just an email away if I need him.
